Membership

Bristol Junior Chamber is an organisation which prides itself on having a wide range of skills and abilities within its membership.  Our members are involved in a variety of industries and work around the city and the South-West area.

Any business-person under the age of 40 who works within the Bristol region is encouraged to make an application to the BJC.

The first step is to e-mail our Membership Secretary.  You will be sent an information pack, including detail on membership fees, and an application form in which you will be asked to tell us about yourself, your interests and why you want to join BJC.

Based on this form we will then invite you for an interview, which will usually be conducted by the Membership Secretary and another member of the Council of Management.  Interviews usually take place after work in a central location to suit the interviewee and last on average half an hour.

Each successful application is then sent round the current BJC membership and based on there being no objections a formal acceptance is made.

Prospective members are always very welcome to attend a BJC Monthly Meeting or Event prior to this process.
